There are other jobs associated with the jobs listed. Also if the work can be done in the evenings (after 5pm) and weekends it would be preferred. But I can take time off of work a couple times a week and have work start at around 1pm and get it done over the course of the project.
I would request for someone to come out to my house near 23 ave. and Rabbit Hill Rd., Edmonton, and give me an estimate.
Looking for a contractor to renovate 4 (40 sq ft) bathrooms in our building.
The work includes:
Wall/ceiling repaired and painted
Toilets and sinks to be removed and replaced
Flooring and baseboard removed and replaced
Light fixture and switch removed and replaced
Doors removed, replaced and painted. Door hardware replaced.
Mirrors removed and replaced.
Fixtures (toilet paper holder, paper towel holder, etc) removed and replaced.
We can either purchase all necessary products (toilets, paint, etc) and the contractor just supplies labor or work with the contractor to supply the products and labour.
We are hoping to have the work done in June/July. Please contact us if you are interested in quoting on this project.
I would like to add an en suite bathroom to the master bedroom, and move the laundry plumbing to the same bedroom to free up the room that its currently in. The basement is unfinished, plumbing and tie in below would be rather easy/straightforward. I am looking for a basic bathroom, with a shower surround (not tiled).
I am opening a coffee shop. Currently there is only one bathroom so I need to have a second bathroom built next to the existing one.
Along with this second bathroom I need hot and cold water, and electricity to be run to the front counter area so I can have a small sink and operate some basic kitchen appliances like toaster, blender etc.
The space will be available starting Wednesday, March 3rd for you to inspect the project site and give me an estimate.
Hi, I am looking for someone reliable to build a bathroom in my basement. The last contractor bailed on me at the last minute. The area is already rough plumbed and the vent for the fan is already installed to the outside of the house. I have the corner shower, toilet, vanity and mirror already. It's not a huge area maybe 8x10. I am in a bit of a time crunch as I was hoping for the project to be completed by the end of the month. It was supposed to start last week. I've posted a low budget but am flexible to a reasonable amount.
We had to tear out our basement bathroom due to leak that resulted in mold damage. Most of the walls were removed. The bathroom was very small. A shower, small vanity and the toilet. Roughly 5x7' (35sqft). With the walls removed we have hopefully more options to expand.
A bath and shower would be ideal. A larger vanity and storage. Working with some of the existing plumbing would be a plus. We are starting with essentially nothing so a company with design would be a plus because we want to work with a future basement renovation in mind as well.
Our house was built in 1959. The square footage is 1100.
I have a small 3 year old house in terwillegar towne that i'm developing the basement for. the basement has a 3 piece rough-in for a bathroom. but it appears the tub drain needs to be moved over a few inches so the tub actually fits properly. this means a bit of the concrete would have to be dug out. i'm looking for somone that can move that tub drain pipe and do all the "rough" and "finish" plumbing for me. this obviously includes the water lines too (not just the drainage).
i'm looking for a contractor that can provide a free quote and can come by as soon as possible to just give me a quote and hopefully the work can begin within a week as well.
please keep me posted. thanks.

I have plumbing repairs that will be done to the bathroom in my residential basement suite apartment, after which I will require the bathroom being out back together. Depending on what the contractor doing the plumbing repairs finds I may require fixtures (shower, laundry) being moved from their current positions.
It's a tight space and may require creative thinking and ingenuity to get what I need to fix the errors from a previous, poorly done renovated space on a small budget.
Small basement bathroom with 32"x32" alcove with older moulded 30"x30" shower installed, would like to put small tiled shower with new fixture in as well as tile floor. Approx.30-35 floor tiles needed for floor. Toilet and vanity will remain in place. Had one quote done and was as much as whole main bathroom. This is a spare bathroom barely used so price is key. Current floor is peel and stick cheap tiles.
Looking to complete the unfinished basement into a living area. the electrical is in, and out side walls are framed and insulated. Still need to frame in a small laundry area and open 60 inches of wall at bottom of stairs. Bedroom and bathroom are complete. Mostly drywall flooring and ceiling. Would also like to have a fireplace installed. The area isn,t very large about
14 ft by 14 ft (approx)
I am looking for a professional licensed reasonably priced contractor to complete a basement development. My house was built in 1995. The square footage is approximatley 650 square feet. I need a bathroom, bedroom, access to furnace room and the rest of the space would be open. I would like to consider adding a wetbar along the outer wall of the bathroom (to connect with the plumbing that is roughed in and I would also like to add in a fire place, shelving and possibly a built in desk with shelving and some storage cupboards.
I am looking to have this job completed by Christmas of this year.
We have a ~750 sq. f.t basement reno and would like quotes on mudding, taping, and priming. The drywall installation will be completely done prior to your arrival.
Components: 1 bathroom (with tub), ~50 sq. ft. of ceiling (we're doing drop for the most part), and 1 large living space (There are no bedrooms), 1 bar area.
This house was bulit in 1955. The past year I have had problems with water leaking in the basement. I am in the midst of getting quotes on foundation repair and will have that done asap. in the meantime, the basement needs to be remodelled inside-starting with the bathroom. The house is just over 1,000 sq ft. with a full basement (finished). I would like a quote for remodelling/refinishing the basement.
We purchased our 10 year hold home about 1 year ago; the previous owners had started to construct a 3 piece basement washroom, however the project was not completed due to a job relocation. We are looking for someone who can complete the project. Electrical, Plumbing are roughed in; studs and insulation is installed; drywall is partially up; tub installed; toiled and sink fittings in, units purchased but not installed; sub floor installed, vinyl purchased but not installed. Tub surround not purchased or installed.

We have a finished basement and would like to have a bathroom there. The area for bathroom is all done with roughing, paiting and elctricity, door etc all completed. All we need are the accessories - toilet, standing shower (glass) and sink with mirror. Water lines need to be added.
We're upgrading our little house!
Our twelve year old home in Millwoods is in need of some upgrades. We'd welcome all professional opinions and estimates. Let us know if you need to come over to provide a quote and we'll set up a time.
We've selected two projects for this season.
PART ONE - Bathroom
We're updating our master bathroom. Due to a cracked plastic tub surround, we had some water damaged drywall in a bathroom. This is the perfect opportunity to renovate! We'd like to replace the tub, toilet, vanity, faucets, mirrors, lights and accessories, as well as finish the tub surround in a tile that's modern and masculine. We're almost done the demolition part of this project ourselves - the damaged drywall has been cut out, the tub has been removed and the toilet, vanity and mirror will be gone this week. We'll leave the light fixtures in for a professional. This project will include modifying the tub plumbing, installing the bathtub, shower head and faucet, toilet, sink and faucet, mirror, light fixtures and accessories (including shelves) as well as hanging new drywall and tiling the tub surround and paint touchups as required.
PART TWO - Flooring
We're upgrading some flooring. We've decided to replace our old vinyl and carpet with a more durable, easy-care ceramic tile. The areas to be tiled include: front entrance, laundry room, three bathrooms (including the one mentioned above), one flight of stairs, one landing, one set of stairs, one hallway and two bedrooms (this includes two closets and two linen closets). We've estimated the tiled area to be approximately 1,000 sq ft. The stairs will only be tiled on top, as we'd like the sides and backs painted to match the rest of the house. This project will include all aspects of laying the new floor including re-attaching the baseboards, painting the sides and backs of the stairs and paint touchups as required. We're willing to help by removing the baseboards and old flooring if this assists with the cost or timing of the project.
We'd also like a matching backsplash installed in the kitchen to co-ordinate with this new tile floor.
CONTRACT, TIME AND MATERIALS
We'd like both parts to be started and completed as soon as possible. Ideally we'd like the same contractor for both projects as the bathroom is included in the flooring. We want someone with WCB coverage, insurance and a warranty/guarantee for peace of mind.
We haven't selected all the materials yet (I'm still looking at floor tile samples). If you have a contractor's discount somewhere for purchasing materials, please let us know! We can advise you of our selections or provide materials as needed.
Our home is pet-friendly (cats and dogs). They're all gentle and can be corralled out of your way.
We live in a small gated community and parking is limited. We have room for one vehicle. If you need more space than that, please let us know in advance so we can make arrangements.
Smokers are welcome in our attached garage.
Need a new tub like the bath insert so it covers the old tiles. Want to have a sliding door versus shower curtains. Need two new toilets (upstairs and downstairs in the main bathroon) pluse two new cabinets with sinks and faucets. In the kitchen for sure would like a pantry cupboard put in. Also need a new counter top with sinks and faucets. Would like new cupboards but that may not be in the budget. New range hood needed. Also would like new chandilier type lights in the entrance way and front room
