We have now hired Robert for several electrical projects in our home. The latest one was for a bathroom renovation. As always, Robert is professional and friendly and we always feel confident in the quality of his work. We wouldn't hesitate to call on Robert again...and likely will this coming summer :)

I would heartily recommend Robert for any and all electrical work. He is friendly, professional, efficient and very respectful of people and property. He installed my under counter lights in an hour, and I love them! They're exactly what I wanted, and I didn't even know what I wanted...he figured that out from my vague description of the job. A neighbour and fellow contractor recommended him to me in the first place, and I've passed along his contact info to others. Don't waste time looking anywhere else!

I liked the quality of the work that Robert provided. Robert chose the best place and configuration for all the pot lights (16 interior and 4 exterior) and he installed them with skill and care. All the work was completed on time and very efficiently with zero mess. Robert always checks up with you to make sure you are not just very satisfied with his work but very happy. I liked how Robert took every installation (big or small) he did for us seriously and courteously and always fit us in to his schedule. He very nicely repaired some of our siding that was damaged by somebody else when he installed our exterior pot lights!

Robert is very professional and he always provides all necessary paper work and electrical permits promptly. We are very happy with his work and recommend him without hesitation.

I put together a shortlist of electricians for a few jobs which exceeded my skill-set. Robert turned up on day 1 for the quote and demonstrated his knowledge, professionalism and experience right away. Hired him on the spot.

Installed 9 potlights in the kitchen, repositioned a ceiling light in the dining room and installed 3 smoke / CO alarms. His prices are fair, he is uber-efficient, ruthlessly methodical, punctual, affable, proud of his work and he looks after your home as he would his own.

Robert even educated me on why the ESA exists, when (as a foreigner) I asked why the ESA even exists and aren't they just another sinister and nefarious money-grabbing scheme perpetrated by a monopolistic pseudo governmental entity. Not many trade professionals would take the time to shine the light of knowledge upon a client's profound lack of it.

Suffice to say the subsequent ESA Inspection passed with flying colours and I am putting together my next consignment of electrical jobs for Robert for 2019. Simply cannot countenance using anyone else.

I have used Robert's company three times and highly recommend them. He is professional, thorough, forward thinking and reasonably priced.

I had sudden and unexplainable power loss in my house. Multiple fuses blew and half my "NEW" kitchen wasn't working. His response was very quick (within a few days) and his work was very professional. He found the source of the problem, the cause and the solution. The actual problem was caused by me (red face!) - thinking I could change some covers on outlets to match the new kitchen colours ...duh!!

Robert very patiently and respectfully explained why only a qualified electrician should be working with electricity, even on the small stuff. And I learned my lesson well.

The second time was when the built in fire/smoke alarm went off -with no way to turn it off. He was there the same day, within a few hours. He was concerned that this be done a.s.a.p. because of the safety factor involved. He checked the other battery alarms I had in place, explained which were working and recommended a few options for better protection.

Lastly, as my house is older, we discussed the age and amperage (<100). He returned to do a proper upgrade estimate, which I then scheduled (June/July 2018).

So, basically, from simple to complex jobs, Robert is the only one I would go to and recommend.

Robert did wiring and installed all receptacles, switches, lighting, sound system, cords for phone system, speakers and tv. Robert is on time, efficient, professional, personable, knowledgeable and tidy.

Robert has done work for me on a few occasions; swapping a small panel for a larger one with more capacity, installing a GFCI breaker, and upgrading a breaker that was overloaded. He is willing to explain what is at the root of a problem and provides options to address. His recommendations always consider ways to provide what is needed quickly, with minimal visits to reduce overall cost, without sacrificing quality.

Have recommended him to others in the past and would not hesitate to do so again in the future.

Through the selling of my home, I had to commit to having the aluminum wiring in the home pigtailed by the closing date. I searched the internet and found Robert at ElevTrilight. I received exceptional service from the start. All email communications were responded to promptly and with lots of information.

On the day of the work, Robert said he'd be there by 8:00 and he was! Robert and his apprentice worked diligently for 8 hours. They ran into a few hiccups, however, they were able to resolve them all. They cleaned up as they went so I'd never would have known they were there.

He even came in under the amount quoted.
